Andy believes that feedback from the coach at the end of the programme can assist the organisation with bench marking how aligned departments, executives and more junior staff are with the organisation’s values. This is invaluable feedback to the senior management team on future plans for the continuous development of the organisation.
Within the different levels of an organisation, there can be a lack of alignment with business strategy. Departments can adopt their own set of values which can be at odds with the objectives of the business. Coaching can highlight and help to overcome internal communication issues.
